new yellow bar

Yeah, the new buttons did confuse me for like a month, and I still can't click the right spot if the pic hasn't loaded, unlike the old one. I also explained the Yellow Bar button alignment with an edited message on the last page.

Edit: I thought people saw that if you turned the Yellow Bar sideways (Old one, and the proposed new one) that it looks like it's bouncing along, so it's just as it's always been

i can see they're not all even, but the boards one seems significently more indented than the others...

I don't see that muh of a change personally. The time should be higher up in my opinion, so you don't have to scroll down to see it.. It'd be easier for me to try for kadoatery since I'm on dial up and am already at slorg speed when going for a kad :/

Yeah, I think the time should be somewhere above the Create A Pets button or on that horizontal part.

Ohhh, that looks really cool! But could you maybe move up the clock, the money and the active pet up? Thats the most important link for me an I would hate to have to scroll down to see it.

That's exactly what it is.

I believe the sword is specifically for battle-related events, not (or at least not necessarily) random ones: The "example" one on the preview page has alt-text indicating that someone had challenged one of borovan's pets.

Other types of events would presumably have different symbols.



And yes, looking at it from the perspective of what's visible "above the fold," without scrolling, I'd like to add my vote with those who'd like the clock and user/active pet/NP info moved higher up.

On the demo, the clock is available without scrolling on my computer, but it's low enough that it may not be for some -- and the demo does put the account/pet info so low that I would have to scroll for it, which I don't have to on the current version (now that the Bori toolbar link is gone). Putting all of that near the top would be great.
