Farmer Follies eyes you as you approach. "Well howdy there," he says. "You're from the city, eh? I've got a ninth cousin there, works as a janitor, maybe you know him."

:P I think that explains it. Though how a Moehog and a Yurble are ninth cousins... I don't think I want to know. o_O

Well, King Coltzan the Lupe had an Aisha AND and Usul for daughters... o_O

In the world of neopets, genetically inheritable traits are optional.

I did, actually. I thought it had something to do with the gems -- how the more you light up, the more the room will light up as well. o-o

I'll suffice with that explanation, thanks. :P

In looking for each of my constellations, I have found that the Virtupets space station seems to be somewhere nearby when I am close to the proper coordinates. Has anyone else seen this, or is it coincidence on my part?

It appears for me randomly, I think (I'm scared witless everytime it passes. :P) I don't think it actually has anything to do with whether you are near to your constellations or not -- Neopia is round (we assume XP) so anything in orbit will go around it, too.

And my explanation confuses me as well, so...

They need to reprogram the Book of Ages so people can go through it quickly, like add a Table of Contents or something. It's going to be a pain to get to, say, page 48 later on.

you can put the page you want to go to in the url, which makes for quick navigation. You have to guess about what page you need to go to though...
and make sure you don't try to do it from when you first click on the book. If you do, you're changing the book number, not the page number, so it just sends you back to the archives. I had that problem a bunch at first before I realised

arrggh! I've done all the farm steps except for the part where you click on the haystacks to get the constellation clue. They're not clickable yet, because I STILL don't have the First to Rise on my map! This has to be a glitch. I've even already found the Farmer's constellation on my map, and naturally it doesn't work because I've missed a step.

Okay, thanks. If nothing changes, that will definitely be handy for later on.

Board 5 at the Archives (the Potion Club) is now screwed up.

You can change the URL after you've clicked on the book. Just make sure it's an odd number.
