I suggest taking a deep breath and looking again. If that doesn't work, go out of the room, come back in and try again. Every time I was positive I had a missing scroll, I ended up finding it. Twice because I kept saying the wrong color in my head.
I would gladly do everyone's scrolls for them if someone could just get my computer to stop locking up. PPT is constantly showing up as not responding and using 100% of my resources. grrrrrrrrrrrr

Are you sure you're on the right floor. I had almost the exact same problem and it turned out I should have been one floor either up or down, they have very similar names.

Are you sure you're on the right floor. I had almost the exact same problem and it turned out I should have been one floor either up or down, they have very similar names.
I went in/out of the room, up and down a floor. I checked about six times. The room is really tiny, so I belive that there isn't one. I even got someone else to confirm that there isn't one in that room.

Yes, it is completely random
So you need to try out all 6 variations to be completely sure... (there's a good runthrough of the colours on the first page).

thanks all I have the forth crystal, anyone who has received the third clue I would like to ask to help prove or disprove this theory for determining the scroll order: check your positions on the card catalog in reverse order for the first three and regular order for the forth.
My pattern was:
RBY (reverse order and top floor to bottom)
BRY (reverse order and bottom floor to top)
YBR (reverse order and top floor to bottom)?? mine were all same floor
BYR (regular order and bottom floor to top)
If not card catalog order, then how about ordered by floor (top to bottom)??

Mogster - I had the same problem, turns out I had made an error when plotting my course. I redid ALL the steps to get my order, it was just a coincidence that I got the first one right. What I did wrong was when putting the colors on the tablet I started at the bottom instead of the top. I got confused because after you place the colors you READ it from the bottom. Anyway, I suggest rechecking everything, perhaps its something similiar. Good Luck!!

The first one is reversed order on my catalogue, but the next one is just random, so I think it just has to be completely random...

Another commonly-made error is missing a blank, most probably at the beginning of your sequence, and therefore causing your symbols to have the wrong colours aligned with them...

I have quite a dilemma. I got all my white scrolls, and found my trap, but the pictures won't load. Could someone post a url of the link (getting the fourth crystal)? Please?

If the picture won't load, just look at the source code. At the part where the image is, it will give you a url which will probably end in "ucmc=......." (where the dots are filled in with something else of course). Just copy this link and paste it into a browser window to get the crystal.

My order started:
YBR - Exact order of card catalog and 1st, 3rd, basement
BYR - same as my 2nd card catalog order and 3rd, 1st, basement
YRB - matches nothing and 1st, basement, 2nd
RYB - matches first card catalog order and basement, 2nd third
I see no rhyme or reason to it, Im inclined to believe it is random personally

You just need to get new crystals. Go to the chef, get crystal 1, and then go back to a spike trap for crystal 2. Losts of people have lost crystals, and everyone has been able to get them back.

Never mind, I turned off my pop up stopper and it loaded! Now where in the pic is the crystal?

You should have 12 different scroll racks to go thru, are you certain you've not overlooked one. If you are on #6 seems most likely it was overlooked. I know its frustrating...if I think of anything else, Ill post it.
