I went into the temple and tried the first TEP door I found (blue triangle) and tried it. I got the spikes trap. I then changed the URL to the one mentioned earlier and got my crystal. Easy as pie!

You have to change the URL to get it? How in the world did anyone figure out to add that?

We're actually not sure. Someone on the neoboards had a screenshot of getting the crystal, we just copied the url from it. We have no idea how she got it in the first place.

I have no clue where to start looking after my lockout. Green oval seems to work for so many people but not me. Now we need to find not only color, but shape and symbol. Think I would have more fun remapping my temple lol.

Not sure if this will help narrowing down specific doors, but i had just tried a green oval tep door and got the riddle trap.
Seems like this part is just a hit and miss on getting the spikes.

There aren't very many traps overall. It shouldn't take you long to end up in the right type of trap. Random chance would dictate that a few folks' green ovals would work and a few wouldn't.

And it appears to be an hour lockout, not 40 minutes.

I can confirm it was an hour lockout for me. I got the spike trap behind the black triangle.

This time I've tried a green oval (with the tep symbol on top of it) but it wasn't a spike trap either... So it's either random, or it has something to do with your faerie symbol or color and shape of the statue door or something like that...

Since people have had the spike trap behind different colored doors, different shaped doors, and doors with different symbols, I think we can conclude that it's different for everyone.

(Still waiting for the light so I can use the second crystal...)

I think the traps are actually random. The spike trap was behind a black triangle Djo door. That has no connection (that I can see) with my faerie statue or door.

I'm gonna rant a bit, well trying to find 3rd piece for the blue thing. Sad thing is that it's in the Anubis Toxcity Report room. The room I might add is way too big for it's own good. I went through each and everyone(with another symbol in mind) So that was no good. Going through it again, and really is getting on my nerves....gah. Yeah thats all.
