Check the quest inventory. Like suggested before, open it in a seperate screen so it doesn't mess with the woods area.

Alright, quick whats what on the vines:
(Don't know about the order, but heres mine)
Green and Light Green=Icky Vine
Blue and Blue-ish Green=Rotting
Green and Orange=Crumbling
Green and Brown=Gross
Brown and Light Orange=Decaying
Hopefully, that helps

I dont even think alot of us are at that part. I know a few if not a majority are still working out the vines.
