Now that the Rainbow Pool website is closed, does anyone know where a good petpet paint/color site is?

So did I until they shut down last week which is why I requested an alternative. petpetcentral isn't a bad alternative but IMO none have done as good a job as Rainbow Pool.

Petpet Central was (is) my main source for all petpet-related information, except matching. I always found it easier to navigate than RainbowPool.
That said, though... nooooo, not RainbowPool!! That site rocked.

It's up until... December, I think. Only the homepage is gone, you can still use the inside links -just use Google to find one if you need. The owners posted on the charter board that they 'felt it was time' or something just as unguessable. But anyhow, the site exists until their year they paid for runs out, so there you go.

That Faerie Techo is the BEST ever. I love Techos but never had one because the design has always been too static. This one is so full of character, plus it goes with my Atheneum's new petpet. The artists honestly couldn't have done a better job wit this design!

It's not that we "felt it was time". But our coding expert moved on to other things, and we have no way to edit existing pages, with the result that there are a lot of errors that we can't fix. Eventually we sheepishly admitted to each other that we were both using Neocolours instead of our own site, and it was probably time to give it up. We're sorry to shut down, but we do appreciate that people will miss RBP. Thanks for the support.
In unrelated news, I do like the techo. It's very salamander-ish.

Oh well....
Anyway, I LOVE the Faerie Techo. I love the way the wings are done, and the colors really grab me. I think it's because they remind me of the My Little Pony, Bubbles.
