Kess,
Here are a few from the previous thread to add to your list. Here are some (not so neat or organized, because I'm copying and pasting):
no special tingling: HAVE, beers
not recognized: clap, vans, amira
Neo words: slorg
No special tingling, but I don't know if recognized or not: amira, tomos

Clearing the pyramid gives you a 250 point bonues, but nothing else.

Also, if you want to search it, back when the game was released and that description was added to the front page, lots of other plot related things were tried. I do know that most of the tablet symbol / glyph names weren't recognized.

I think the ones we should pay particular attention to are those that have been identified in the game dictionary as "Neopian" words, giving the special tingling sound and bonus points, even though they are regular words. It is not too surprising that lots of common words aren't recognized - the dictionary is limited, or it would take forever to load. It is also not surprising that lots of Neopian species and words aren't listed, as this is the same dictionary used for older games and they rely on the players to add the words.

If we are going to try to make a sentence out of those words that give the special tingling sound, but are common words, then it is a good idea to try out the most commonly used words in English sentences ie. the, a, an, etc. So I am in favor of listing those words if they have been tried and ruled out. But I hate to see anyone try to maintain a list of every word we try!!

Edit:

Just wondering how vague the original clue was in case this is a repeat of that situation. Thanks! :)

I truly hope you get an answer to this! I've been beating my brains out trying to remember. I even dug through all of my old plot stuff and still couldn't remember. I'm starting to feel really old.....

Edit 2: I asked this earlier today, but want to ask again hopefully to catch some in different time zones. Has anyone gotten the Qasalan Mummy challenger recently? In the last day or so?

Has anyone beaten the Yurble Foreman at BTY yet?

It's hard to explain, but there was a word related/opposite to the phrase used to summon the Moltenore in each of the Mystic's saying. These related words formed a new saying that allowed you to get rid of the Shaman.

Code:
IE:

He who has lived a thousand years will return to protect us from evil.

Thousand years was  similar to Ancient, from the 'magic words'

TNT posted 'Magma = Fiery Rock' in the news, to help people do the last part of the puzzle.

People all over Neopia are still trying to find the answer to our Volcano Mystery, and nobody has worked it out yet. Yes, everything you need to solve the mystery has been released :) Good Luck! Remember there are well over 30 Million NP worth of prizes, plus a load of cool artifacts for the first people to solve the puzzle!

Well nobody has solved the puzzle yet, so here is a little clue. It's not too obvious but it should help push you in the right direction.

Magma = Fiery Rock

UPDATE - It has been solved now :) Mystery Island is (mostly) back to normal. Thanks to everybody for participating and we hope you had fun!

I remember no one could get the shaman away.. I think it's that.. but I can't be 100% sure.. that was because many people didn't think that the mystic's sayings were a clue and you had to take the last word from each sentence to shoo the shaman away.

The clue was added during the weekend if my memory serves me correctly. And then the notice to show that people have solved it also went up later.

Right!! Now I remember! We didn't catch the mystics sayings as a clue - it was the last word in them - wasn't it? Each phrase contained a word or phrase that was supposed to remind us of the phrase used to summon moltenore, so we'd pay attention to them. But we didn't - so they put that in the news. It was the last word of each one of those phrases that lead us to the next phrase to get rid of the shaman.

Ahh... thank you! It was the mystic's phrase you posted along with the clue from the news that triggered it. You evidently had much better notes than I did. heh

They description for the card is “I see… I see… a good time to start investing in VPTS!”

For the scroll repository you can change the numbers at the end and you can change the bit where it says haul to almost any word.

I know in the summary it mentions everyone getting a slightly different translation of the tablet, but how many variations are there? Is it one to a person or one to a symbol? Maybe if we look at them all together we can put together the right prophecy to put in? Anyway, if this is something that hasn't been explored yet mine was TEP with the translation "Prince Jazan will cause the disappearance of the desert capital"

Fri Oct 07, 2005 11:40 am

The prophecies do not appear to be symbol driven.

I am Fer and my prophecy is

The prince of Qasala will make vanish the city of Sakhmet

A few posts back I saw some other Fer-ry people who did not have that same prophecy.

Anyone try "vanish" on word pyramid?

Fri Oct 07, 2005 11:44 am

There are about 27 different prophecies and they are on someones petpage but I forget whos when I find it I will post

tep prophecy

Mine is also a Tep and the prophecy is the same. But I wonder are the symbol on the tablet the same for each symbol?

What if this time when we move furniture we would do it in team not based on same symbol team but on a variety of symbols. Why would TNT do that? Well, aren't they always surprising us?

Hey... I got something strange, in the Temple of 1000 tombs. I'm a Nem (the wavy river) girl (and no one else seems to be. O_o) Anyway, I'm still looking for my Faerie statue >>' but I found this when looking random at the doors that I needed for the statue.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b116/ ... han/eh.jpg

It was a riddle of some sort. It wasn't a trap or anything, I could still enter the temple after I exited from the screen.

So get this: What if we entered the door that fits the riddle of the intro page of the 1000 tombs, with the symbol of the Faerie Statue?

Worth a try, eh? ^_^

EDIT: I'm not sure if anyone has done it yet, I couldn't bear to read through 20 pages that I missed. ^_^;;

I thought that was a "trap" but if you could get back in, o_0
