Ssandgirl... does it say that it's a structural block? If so the best idea is move to a different area and try again.

Usually where there seems to be a hallway that dead-ends you can find unclicked blocks.

Check for a symbol there.

Trick--no the wait time is longer.

I'm pretty sure I only sat in the corner for 30 minutes, but I have to "rest" for 1 hour after moving a block.

nope, I have a 30 minute time out wait and an hour for resting.

Yes. Some of us haven't been able to move a block yet so we haven't even had the chance to win or lose the dice roll.
