Apologies if someone has posted this before: It looks to me as if being buried in sand decreases your pet's mood: I was going to my quickref to swap pets off for fishing and was surprised that my normally-active pet was unhappy. (For that matter, maybe all traps do it.)

So if you've a fancily-painted pet as your active (hence, trapped) pet, it may be worth watching thier mood.

I have a Starry Poogle who is, right now, a pile of sand. She's content.

Though I don't know what she was before, so this may be less happy than she usually is.

I don't think it causes them to be sad? My pet has been turned to sand for 2-3 times before.. but still it has remained delighted thus far.. I check the status everyday as a daily before I go lab them..

why don't you just click a random trap door, wait an hour, go back again and start from the beginning, and try your hand at mapping? Otherwise you'll always find yourself wandering around aimlessly ;)

probably bc im just plain flat stubborn like that & besides why leave when i can find my way to the entrance oh so easily i just cant find anything else? thanks for the advice tho. i took it. ive been in here too long w/o finding what im looking for & im getting very frustrated w/ it so i picked a door that i needed to eliminate for my fairy (it was wrong) and im going to go watch assault on precint 13 & then ill come back & try to map this silly thing out. thanks again. i probably would have sat here for another hr thinking about doing just that til you said something & made me think about it.

Yeah, he's done this a few times for me.

I say he owes them to me for all the ones that he's made blow up or something.

I am flabergasted that people have mapped thier dungeon in a few hours. It took me a couple of days.

The NEOCOLA MACHINE!

This seems entirely plausible to me, however it could be the 19 tokens sitting in my SDB waiting to make me a pretty neo that influenced my theory... nah, that's not it.

Stock up people! :D

Umm, I'm lost..we're still operating on the 1-map-per-world theory, right? You're saying that we're perhaps going to use the Neocola machine for another parchment, and I'm to understand that the Neocola machine is in the Space Station - however, we've already tackled the lever which means we can cross the Space Station off of our list, which is why I don't understand why the Neocola machine would be a possibility...clarify? :)

If it's confusing, I apologize. I'm reading shakespeare so my brain is being overloaded with fancy words :P

Because the Neocola machine is located at the Kreludor moon ;)

Right, thanks. Thought I was missing something. But..we're not necessarily going to get another clue about "doom in space"..not to kill speculation but you know, just trying to make facts.

Well, it may be like the Nerkmid machine where each token/coin/thingy gives a different result, but judging by the prices (each are priced about the same) I'd say that either it doesn't make a difference which one your use or no one knows..

I just bought a token just in case yall are right about the neocola machine, and so far yall haven't been far off.

At one time the red ones were like twice the cost of others, and even today they are a bit more rare, but usually priced only a tad over the others.
I think the red ones are technically the 'best' and then blue then green. . ? but the green and blue are and have been very close in price.
I think that I have used a green and a blue, but I don't recall what I got from it.

Realistically I don't even see it as being a risky venture. You can always resell the tokens for almost if not full price, and if inflation does go nuts, you save youself a pretty penny. So it's a safeguard the way I think of it.

I purchased one of each when this thread of speculation began. They were each 6200 NPs, regardless of color.

Okay, I'm coming out of lurking mode for all this. Started mapping my tomb using Excel... I've got about 100 rooms done. Still looking for my faerie/statue, but at least I've got my first piece of the tablet filled. I had forgotten how complicated these puzzle plots were...

I'm on day 2 of mapping, so far I've mapped... lots, but I haven't finished yet. I think I have a way to go, but I'm being systematic, so I can navigate easily.
