I believe I was level 49 at that point. This is only Normal mode, though, so you might need to get a little bit higher than that. Go after them in this order: Fire, Dark, Water, Earth. That should help.

A pretty good day for me with NQ2! I'm not liking my luck with the end-game prizes though. With normal, the difference between the price of the prizes is less than 10k, but with Evil and Insane modes, if I ever get around to beating them, the price gap between the best prize and the worst prize can be millions of np! Oh well, I'm still just happy that I finally beat it!
