I second that!...lon as a Baby Bottle pop Blue Rasberry Chia comes out on that day and we get more baby bottle pop flavors! :D

And wait a second...if the fire faerie most don't even remember(that joined neo after MI thing) could get her own day...I vote the Libary Faerie gets her own day! She is the most unknown Faerie of them ALL. ;) Tooth faerie most unknown? Psh!

Nope, it's been confirmed on the Neoboards. Neopets gained a sense of creativity and randomness and to get it you must take a newly released petpet the "Dorf" to the Neopian Central Weather page while it's raining. After you've done that you have say "Cooking Pot" to your Dorf and wait until you get the message

The rain around your Dorf is drenching it. Next time get it dry.
