Hmm, your numbers do look a bit off, P. You shouldn't be in contention for a new record low. I'm guessing maybe you forgot to add one of the mid-early days (5-9)? (It seems like you're ~10k too low, give or take a couple thousand.) Or you forgot to carry the one when adding on a later day...

We've had a water patch on our dining room ceiling for a few weeks now. When I notified the landlord, she was traveling. It started dripping last night in earnest, so I had to shut off our main (thank goodness she had the plumbers install a quick-access shutoff right next to the front door in July). Still waiting to hear whether the property manager can get a plumber to come today... Or tomorrow... Or whenever. Thankfully I caught it relatively early, with a fairly easy cleanup. But they're going to have to cut up the ceiling (and maybe the walls in my bedroom) again. *sigh*
And then I arrived at work this morning to find out that a pipe burst in my area, so I had to spend a while cleaning that stuff up.
Just call me Noah at this point.
