the red pteri was showing up for most of the day - the usual maintenance page. That it's not may mean that the problem is bigger than thought or it may just have been pulled while a server's being worked on. You never know!

I agree dogfriend2, when the site went down the lights in the office were off (on the webcam). It was just a weird view of the plushie, it looked like a ghost lol.

Oracle is a big software company--our biggest competitor, in fact (I work for a company that installs PeopleSoft). So, the "Oracle" referred to in a previous post is probably some sort of software.

And, hey, the red pteri is so much better to look at than the angry green usul we used to have--I will never forget those eyes as long as I live.

Ah Morningstar! Our voice of reason in the wilderness (and one of the few people who can write a post as big as I do!) Thanks for that. I knew I had seen or heard the word Oracle, just couldn't remember exactly what - technically challenged here. that maintenance page Usul! Oh that almost made me put my usul up for adoption!

I know what it was ... the evil banner ads They slowly multiplied from the original 3% of ads and have taken over the entire Neo server system!

I think I must be getting punchy from lack of games ... need flash games, need my pets.

Oh well, I still think it's better that they stay down until whatever's going on is completely fixed. It's sounding like they really don't have a choice in the matter if even the red pteri's not showing up. That sounds like big time server stuff to me! Poor people having to work on this, oy! Sends them good thoughts, wishes I could send them some coffee, jolt cola, candy bars, pizza with extra cheese, mushrooms and asparagus and of course some good mexican food and whatever else they all need to get through.

br00ster, you know I've never, ever been able to get the games on that page to load? All I've gotten is a blank white screen no matter what.

That you got that message really is saying there's big time server stuff going on
