I believe you can still get the prizes no matter what country your in..

and i think they forgot that a bit of antartica is australian, what if you were at one of the permenant base stations and tried to play neopets?
frankly this giveaways a bit on the suss side of things half the time we couldn't get stuff!

Autechre - I don't know if Neopets actually registers that I'm from Aus now (I changed back), but the Tombola and Fruit machine worked for me today (I won an Orn codestone from Tombola, actually )
