What's the point of changing NP ratio's that often, I wonder? Some games I think have the perfect ratio (i.e. Meerca Chase II), but others UB2 and Turmac Roll do need to have a higher NP ratio. The only time they should change it, is that they realize that the ratio is really too low or too high for the game. I'm fine if they evaluate the games once every other month when they send Games to the graveyard.
What is everyone's thoughts on the ratio constantly changing and if it's generally good or bad?

Well, they only change the ratios once a month. They set it based on the scores and payouts over the last month - probably so a fixed percentage (let's say 10% for argument's sake) of the scores submitted over the last month would qualify for 1000 nps.
I think it's a fine idea. There are some games that are too easy to get 1000 neopoints, and others that are impossible to do so. By adjusting the scores, they are able to set it up so that, in theory, the easiest games are impossible to get 1k nps on (which makes sense) and the hardest games require some degree of skill, but not too much, to get 1k nps.
