Ugh, I'm sorry to hear that your pet got hit by Boochi. It's one of my fears, and so I always keep my lab pet selected... just in case. I've gotten the "missed" random event too so I am not going to let any of my Unis go baby. I despise all of the baby pets, too, and I'm not fond of babies in real life either.
