Now all they need to do is put a "Cancel course" button in the training school. So when my optical mouse goes bonkers (It does this a lot. I've smashed a few!) and enrolls me on the HP course instead of level, I can cancel. Saving me having to get to a level that requires even more codestones for one stat!!

I don't think this quite qualifies as a glitch, does it? The site crashed, and it got rolled back to Sunday or whenever by TNT. Since the items disappeared in the rollback, they should return the items.
If they had disappeared when the site crashed, that would be a glitch.
Either way, it's nice items are being restored.

Wow, congratulations, that's really awesome ^_^ I hope that TNT did actually change its policy, and you didn't just get a particularly kind staff member?
