I keep thinking the beads look strangely like you could make a face out of them all Mr. Potatoe head style o.0

I myself would not get the buzz, but I like it.
The lutari beads are puzzling me though. I am guessing it's for the other plot.

Now that I think about it, they could be sort of like codestones. One of the battledome weapons for lutari island is a feather necklace thing. It says that if you take it to the right person, they will make your pet stronger. So maybe this is going to be like a lutari island currency. You'd have to get the feathers and the beads to use to make a necklace to trade with or something.

Or mabey you buy them like dubloons and you buy stuff from the shops and go to restraunts and stuff.So they could be a kind of Lutari Island currency.

That sounds logical to me, especially since Lutari Island seems to be Native themed (in an extremely gaudy way), and beads were an early form of currency for trading. Maybe different colours are for different things (ie. codestones?).

(Hey, I just realized I'm actually looking forward to this now, even though I find the Lutaris utterly uninteresting... it's funny how even the tiniest hint of a puzzle reels me in)

maybe The beads will be like a mixing pot item and we make diffrent jewlery out of diffent combos/colors?
