the whole reason i only have one pet is to minimize spending.
i spent 50k on my fountain faerie quest to get my fabulous maraquan aisha, and that's the most i've spent on her. i'll use the occasional codestone or dubloon, but rarely. she's not much of a battle pet.
i do intend to buy the lab map and get a lab pet, but i'm taking my time. probably not until i have 3mil saved up. i'm not even at 2mil yet, so it'll be a while
