In my case, I had to turn off AdBlock in order for that to be visible.

I believe she is of Talador. So yes, new character. If you notice with the Aishia and Lupe, they where the same clothing, hencing she too is of Talador.

I have never gotten -ANY- neopoints from those types of sponser games either. It really annoys me. They put it up, say you've won the np, and yet you never recieve it.
