i think i got it
red
blue
yellow

red+blue=purple
blue+yellow=green
yellow+red=orange

maybe on the tablet there is, let say, green ben, se we need to find a green ben scroll in one of the places (blue ben/ yellow ben from the directory)

I have a purple that corresponds to Fer. Blue Fer room - no purple Fer. Red Fer room - no purple Fer.

Unless you apply colors to the tablet in a new, unconventional way.

When you find the second crystal, they already combine themselves. You can see the holes pegged together. There is room on the other side for another crystal and three holes where it can match up.
