It messes up my screen!! It's awful I'm considering having to quit because it is NOT working with my computer

I've just seen it now - ack! I really don't like it. It makes my eyes hurt, and that banner...couldn't they just put it at the bottom of the page and leave it like that?

I liked the one with the smaller banner. It was pretty nifty.
But of course, they had to mess it up because all the really profitable companies didn't have small enough banners.
