I don't know if I can find it now, but there's a site devoted to making fun of fans, and someone claiming to be a Neopets artist said they sometimes upload poorly drawn images just to watch the fans (especially Neocolours) twitch.

I dunno, seems like that might be true... tha tthey upload hideaou creatures to watch people cringe, I mean. I remember the old thread on this one, and I don't think it's released to the public. I know TNT has made some bad decisions occasionaly, but even they have to see that this thing is awful! I don't think it'll ever really be "released".
