I've never been the one to have NP in my bank account.... its all tied up in the stock market and when I thought it'd be fun to be a pirate (i switched all my np for dubloons turned out to be a very clever idea when I left neo for a year, np would've stayed at the same value but dubloons go up with inflation)

I was so paranoid when I got it that I had the "about us" page in one tab and the bank in another -- so all I did was refresh on "about us" to get the avatar and then redeposit -- only one page load.

I hope they don't deflate this avatar too much, and they raise it back up again soon. It should be something you have to work really hard for.

I did that too, and got it without incident. It's worth 7,157,708 NP now. I guess it fluctuates from day-today, but I sure hope it stays in the 5M++ mark, so it remains a challenge to get.

I have heard stories of TNT randomly dropping the price to only a few thousand on occasion, although I doubt that will happen anymore. I already had the avatar on my main, but I'm glad I lent my side account before it went back up

at 5,231,039 NP i could strive for it! i dont know. iv kinda drifffted from neopets. its just no fun any more. i mean i like most of the changes, but the ones i dont are so big that the con's outway the pro's now of days. and if Adam and Donna make a new pet site?!?!ill SO be there.

why, as soon as it gets popular they'll just sell it off again...

I'm the same, i've kinda drifted away, i keep collecting dailies as alomst a ritual, and id o the plot / daily dare etc to get trophies but I've not really played for a while, its lost its fun factor a bit.

I have 3.5 million, so hopefully the price will drop to a level I can afford but when was the last time an avatar was released? They didn't even make one for the Wii/DS/PC Neopets game, although the background is quite nice
