Let me jubilate a moment here.
I won the Lenny Conundrum and the 125,000, plus the trophy and the avatar and a item.

Now I have a problem, how do I explain to my daughter of 11 that the avatar and trophy are not on her account but on mine?

i think i know why TNT temporary disabled us frm taking things out of the SDB.. i wanted to take out my wand of the moon to sell, but i cant now.. so i was thinking, unelss its a glintch,, maybe they dont want those weapons taken out of the SDB to be inflated, jus because war is starting soon?
jus a theory, i could be wrong thou... hehez

I know this must seem dumb but how do you increase your hit points permanently?

There's different ways for doing this: the most logical one is to train your pet's endurance at either the swashbuckling academy or the mystery island training school. There are also certain neggs that increase your hitpoints (not sure which ones though). Also, when using the lab ray, it will definitely increase your hitpoints. Then another way is by doing things like faerie quests and kitchen quests, they sometimes give you extra hitpoints as a reward.

Does this increase them permanently? I didn't think so. I thought hit points always came and went.

It most certianly does! The only reason hp should go away is if the water faerie "Gives" you more hp, which is just added onto your max(like 47/20, 20 being your max) it goes away after getting hit in the bd though.

The lat scroll matches my door/statue. I was trying to see if that had changed since the lenny conundrum. It has not. At least not for me as of last night. Alas I had to sleep and miss a few posts. In an hour or two my lock out should end. I am going to try the conundrum phrase with my nuria. I was hoping some one else here had tried and was hoping to hear from them but I must be the only crazy one going back to the temple with the hopes of changes.

I am running out of ideas short of getting my pets butts kicked in the battle dome, 12 wins against the spirit and I'm done in. I might try scordax, but that jade scorchstone is just insane, healing with it evey turn!

I wasn't planning on trying it because the statue asks for a "Prophecy" and I can't see anything prophetic about the conundrum.

Thanks for the tip about unequipping and then equipping a cheap(ish) weapon to unstick my pet: it worked like a charm. Now that I've done it I think I rememer reading about it before, but I'd forgotten. :-)

You're very welcome! Although I admit I was just passing along what I'd read somewhere as well, I'm still thrilled to be able to offer the tiniest little bit of assistance in the battledome!

It is fixed now! I had nothing missing that I could find on a quick once-over. Whew!

Hi Devlish, that was me asking why you were so interested in the lat scroll. I thought I would die of curiosity before you got back! Thanks for explaining. Good luck with the question &/or answer from the LC. Sorry, but I don't think any of us really expect it to do anything. Maybe you'll luck out and prove us all wrong!

I'm pretty fearful of that ebil SS too. But I am starting to doubt more and more that TNT is actually going to make any more of an announcement than they already have, so I suppose (since the SDB is back) now is the time to pull out the big guns and go after that two headed fiend.

I'm no battler, but if you PM Hangman, he'll help you out with a strategy and all. I believe he's posted one on the last split too, but am not sure if that was for the Spirit or the scorchio or both. It might be worth running a search for though. Good luck!

The scroll can break for good, but if you want a reliable freezer and don't have the 5m+ to shell out for a H4K or FP it's a pretty good alternative. You just have to be lucky and hope it doesn't break...

Right now I'm really wishing I'd bought a Ramtors before war inflation set in. I have good weapons, but I'd like to have a different mix of icons available to me.

Okay, I am going to go out on a limb here, and so long as I don't get bombarded with too many requests, I hereby offer to scour Neopia for you all to find the best deals on weapons of your choice, if anyone even needs this service? It seems all I can do is provide weapons, if I can't fight myself. I have a total budget of 200,000 and am such a cheapskate myself I do not feel like "wasting" tens of thousands of NP after it took me 10 months to earn such.

Name exact weapon(s) and I will do my best to find them. If I have not answered in a while, either I am busy or can't find it, but I keep looking.

(But only for today; can you tell this "war" is boring the heck out of me? I mean in such a land of magic and spells and curses, why the violence?)

EDIT: Maybe my entire budget is even too small for this war?

I believe a Snowglobe Staff and Frost Cannon (not sure which color) were also suggested as less expensive alternatives to the scroll. Not as realiable at freezing, but if you are using the DoN strategy of withdrawing if you don't freeze him on the first attempt, then I suppose they would be fine.

I also remember sink, burrow and drain life were recommended as good abilities to have if you pet has the level for them.
