I must say, I'm really enjoying this plot. :) It's got a nice steady pace and people who are behind can easily catch up and be a part of it. You don't have to worry about missing real life activities too much to be able to follow it. :) The puzzles are really fun, too. This reminds me very much of the Treasure Hunt game. <3

let's hope it only gets better from here...better not build up our expectations too high, though

If Dr. Sloth came down ...
destroyed the temple ...
took everyone's tablets away and replaced them with a Sloth PaintingImage ...
and then turned Jazan into a green grundo bath sponge Image. ...
and finished by giving the Desert Scarabs a hearty helping of bacon and eggs ice cream Imageand sent them on their merry way ...
The End.

....

Even with such a ludicrous ending ... I think I would still think about how much fun I've had thinking about this plot this point. :)

Revisiting all the red triangles paid off half way through. I found my Faerie this time. I would have sworn that Nem door was a trap!

12 hours of waiting for me.... 0:)

IDEA: What if these crolls everybody is trying to obtain to help solve the puzzle turned out to be the PRIZE of completing the puzzle.

The "kicked out of the faerie room wait" is very short. Usually less than 1 hour.

It is reading a scroll from the library that is 12 hours.

YAY! Thanks for the heads up! I can go in.

Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:33 am

I wish I had of made a map. After 2 hours of searching for my 5th parchment from the potato counter, I accidently clicked the wrong door and fell into a trap.

"Something has happened!

You find a strange, broken piece of stone on the floor.
It seems to be dirty; what could it be for?"

w00t! I don't have a map, but I can stand going through the tombs for an hour. Not a problem, lol.

Edit-- "Donny's Toy Repair Shop

Donny manages to repair the item!

"Ha! I told ye I could do it! Now begone, ye fur-bitin' good-fer-nothin' prawn."

You have received:

I wonder what this could be for?
Hieroglyph Fragment"

My third piece!!

Edit2-- "Underwater Fishing

You reel in your line and get...

Dull Grey Pearl!

Your pet's fishing skill increases to 31!"

I can see the map!! *waits for an hour* :)

lol, welcome!! I just started in the search, too. It's really fun!! Now, I'm onto my fourth tablet. ;)

For anyone who cares to see, here's a slightly scaled down version of my tomb map.

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y31/te ... ombmap.gif

It looks complicated as anything, but dang, it's effective. I can usually trace out my intended path in less than 30 seconds. Just work your way back to the entrance using the coloured lines :P

I've got a lot of catching up to do though =/ I missed out the buzz on the first few days of the plot, and now I'm paying for it. I just got the Underwater Fishing parchment, and my map isn't completely finished yet (but doing well :D)

It's pretty and effective!

I started my first map that way. I just ran out of room on it, so I switched to the grid system.
