All pets were turned into asparagus chias that day in honor of Adam's birthday. Similar thing has happened on Mutant Day, which is coming up by the way (August 25th)--all pets were turned mutant. The chatboards were absolutely crazy that day!
I was sad to see them turned back the next day--I really liked my buzz and shoyru as mutants.

Oh my god! That same bug just happened to me! I had 137 cards in my SDB and I put them all back into my neodeck and they all came up as 'new'. I'm not stupid enough to remove them but that was seriously worth 150k at the least and now I dunno what to do. I'm sending a bug report thing to neopets and hopefully they'll at least pay me back what it was worth if not get me the cards back.

On Mutant Day last year my Kougra turned Mutant, and I was shocked until I found out what was happening. This year they have a Mutant Bruce. OMG I am so staying away from the computer on Mutant Day. x(

Knock wood, so far I don't think anything's happened to any of my cards. Of course, I haven't even looked at the few I have in my neodeck in eons.
There has been alot of glitchiness lately, I hope it ends soon. Makes everyone just too nervous to do anything!
Ah mutant and asparagus day. I know quite a few people who transferred pets to their other accounts on both those days, especially asparagus day. It's probably the only day of the year I would even consider trying to transfer a pet (not that I intend to do so).
