when is neo NOT laggy

sits down and waits for someone to "politely oppose" him and remind me of times when neo wasn't laggy

Let me anwser your other question with a question of my own. Why don't ducks fly upsidedown???

Neo for the most part never seem laggy to me. Just these past few days.

because most ducks don't fly (at least not more then a few yards and even thats only just a few feet off the ground)

you dont mean bills as in beaks, do you?

its really laggy right now... it takes up to 10 seconds to load each page. and my connection is usually so fast that it doesnt even show white in between loading times. and thats less than half a second

Neo is always laggy at this time of day especially probably because all the US people are online. After 12am most of the time its sweet
