I could see why neopets was runnign slow, but why was ppt?

I think they'll leave it as is... after all, it IS just a one-minute window, so it's not like everyone will be able to get it. And some of us have been waiting a year for this one minute, and TNT doesn't want to make us mad... if they know what's good for them.

In spite of now having a clock in the sidebar, people didnt get it, they refreshed at 12, not at 11:59, which is kind of sad, since the site was running so smoothly at 11:59.
I got it even in two accounts (logging in and out in the same browser)

If you don't have it... it's too late. You needed to do something on neopets between 11:59:00pm and 12:00:00am (the last minute of Halloween)
