My NQ2 game gets messed up so frequently, I've gotten used to it already. Most of the time the map and directional arrows will jump to the bottom left corner of the screen, and the middle of the page will be blank except for the level bars and such.

What browser are you using? I've been using Mozilla, and I haven't had Neoquest II chop around with me at all.

Omega - I use Mozilla Firefox. It happens about one in every 10 - 20 steps.

Qanda- Hmm, I dunno. I don't really use FireFox that much. It's good and all, but I've gotten attached to Mozilla 
The worst thing thats ever happened to me on Neoquest is that all the images went broken and stayed broken. I had to reset Mozilla, but that's about it.
