I don't think the blurriness means something, cause I didn't understand what everyone was talking about, but then I checked the html map (I'm using the flash maps) and it's blurry indeed, but the flash maps aren't, so it's probably an error while trying to "blend in" the ship.

I found this on the neopets plot board, the user chefxxx seems to be the chef blumaroo on the boat, go to his lookup and he'll tell alittle about the night of the storm.

when neopets includes accounts/pets in a plot, dont they usually make them older accounts to give them more credibility? chefxxx looks like a bit of a scam since it was only created on the 8th.

On page 2 of the 2nd Chapter of the comic, some people may see "Chefxxx" in the speech bubble. This is NOT a clue. This is "coding filler". It was used to name the chef character in the coding before he had an actual name.

So, TNT wouldn't have a user account named after a code, that by rights, we shouldn't be seeing.

Good example of this would be.. water plant part of the altador plot

Lord no. Anything but that stupid water plant.

I do agree with the concept in general, though. ;)

ANYTHING but that water plant. -twitches- don't give them ideas!

Mystery Island has yet to seem fuzzier to me.

But the water around it does seem sparklier.

And on a side note, I snagged a Purplum Buns from that exotic foods shop. 8)

And, ugh, the neoboards are annoying. >.<

Chefxxx has now been disabled.

Thank you for noticing that. The Swedish Chef is my favorite muppet. :D

Okay, I'm off to try to make myself useful regarding this plot...

EDIT: the petpage someone linked to before now has Chapter 2 up for non-flash users. Bookmark it so you can follow along more easily. http://petpages.neopets.com/~Noliai

I don't know whether it is important but i found something rather intersting

While every one is running around on deck we see Bonju almost sneak out of the hold of the ship. This would coroborate Kentari's story that Bonju was in the hold.

I don't know; he looks more worried than evil. Also they just had dinner and he was serving them. The galley is below deck, too.

Didn't think of that. Well so much for that theory.

I don't think that's what the bluriness is about, because in the map of Mystery Island, the entire island is approximately the same distance from you. There's nothing close to focus on.

That makes sense. I was originally thinking it was made fuzzy to resemble the fuzziness of the island that might be shenkuu.
