They'll probably count up all the scores or something like that, like for example say all the combined goals made from the Tyrannians is like 405,000. And at the end they average it or something, I dunno.

(For anyone who is confused, this is CrewWolf. I changed my banner and avatar yet again).

I think I might stick with Maraqua. I'm winning with Maraqua.

I was going for Krawk Island to begin with, but took the test just to see who they'll stick me with. And it was Krawk Island :) Now, time to practice and see if I'm any good at this stuff . . .

There's a bug they need to fix...

My ball just got stuck on the right side and no character can reach it. The practice team can't move that far right, and they've blocked me so that I can't reach it.

Even weirder is that even after time ticks to 0, the game won't end.

I don't understand how some of you get 11-0 or whatever; the max I get is 2-0. Maybe cause it runs slow; I'll try a different screen resolution (I'm using 1280x1024).

I seem to be getting worse the more I practice... to the point that I've scored more against myself than the other team has.

I hope they have a way to score that ignores the number of players per team. Otherwise I feel bad for the teams with less people, they'd lose by sheer numbers alone.

this might be the first "sport" i might first ever be interested in
i got virtupets from the quiz, i declined, robots and science fiction freak me out

i'm thinking either

meridell
hauntedwoods
kreludor
kiko lake
and maybe tyrannia

first i thought meridell

then i went but hauntedwoods

lets see

i like speed and accuracy

but i would like to crush bloody those who come to me

tyrannia seems confusing
kreludor seems uber
meridell have low accuracy...HAUNTED WOODS IT IS W00T

AS RUGGED AND DEEP AS THE HAUNTED WOODS, MY TEAM WILL LOSE YOU IN JUST THE SAPLINGS!

i played the game, god its difficult

time for a different sig

I seem to be doing well playing on all the teams I absolutely despise. It's the most disheartening thing.

I was thinking the same, so I submitted a question to the editorial about it. I dont want to be destined from the start to lose, just because I signed with Virtupets or Kreludor, instead of Darigan.

Anyway, Ive played the game, and decided that it isnt as bad as Deckball, but almost. Im super glad I dont need to use the arrow keys. So far Ive played 4 games, and managed to win the last, 2-1. I found it most hard to get used to switching between players. I'd pass to someone, and then completely forget that I needed to hover over them before I moved towards the goal. So then they'd just sit there while I wiggled the mouse frantically.

Well I decided to switch sides on learning of Brightvale's cheatiness, but they're probably glad, I really suck at the game so far. Switching the players is so confusing!

I made a small banner for all the teams but these guys earlier. Now Virtupets Supporters can have a small banner as well. ^_^

Are the teams acutally different? Or just their descriptions?

Sat Jun 03, 2006 9:41 am

Now that I see that it's a knock-out tournament, I'm kind of leaning towards a team different to Kiko Lake, I don't really want to leave after the first round. I guess I'll go with either Brightvale or Virtupets.

In fact, can you change your team after you've chosen? That'll help me decide.

Gosh, this game is so unfare! I mean, in any other team sport video games (hockey, soccer, name it!), other team member are moving a minimum on their own accord!!! Of course you have to practise to become good and everything, but how are we suppose to have a decent chance playing one against four?!!?!?! Your team players will stay i the last corner you used them, if you even had them moving at all before four independent adversary scores before you noticed!!!! Even your goalkeeper wont move an inch on itself!!! And it's so frustrating to see him just to continue to look directly at the ball as it goes pass him on the net!!!!

Sorry, I havent slept for all the night, I'm ridiculously tired, I tried the game only twice, I'm sure it will be better in a few hours. But still *cough unfare cough*

i'm sticking with the darigans cos they just look mean

anyways, won't the tournament be against other real-life players? then it wouldn't matter that you both could only move one player each o_O

It most probably will be against computer players and then our scores get added together and compared to the score of the competing team (or something likewise, that's how it has always been with these kind of events...) Although I have to say that a real multiplayer game would be awesome!

That being said, I'm finally starting to contribute a bit for my team (Faerieland!), after two losses, I finally got my first win and I'm starting to feel more and more confident :P
