I think it's just the way his feet are drawn in some pictures, his feet tend to be flatter than a normal Kacheek illustrations.

That is AWESOME. He's stolen 5000 NP from me at least 4 times. Watch me never get the RE again now that he's a BD challenger, though.

I thought it looked semi-familiar but couldn't place it. It does look like a (hideous mutated) Meowth
I want my NP back from that evil little furball. I wouldn't pay his owner 1NP to shut him up... I'd just throw one of those old shoes I keep getting from Underground Fishing at him.

You don't have to say anything. Well I wish there were mossy looking pets for swamp world, but that is the best I can do with drawing what I imagine. The neopet version would be a lot better of course.
