The neoboards report the foreman as a chef at 20,5 on the 2nd floor. They also say you can recieve an empty vial from the gift shop and get it filled by fighting the spirit.

I'm off to confirm some of this.

As a chef? what's that mean? he's got a big poofy white hat on?

Yeah, I just went to him then refreshed at the gift shop, they gave me the vial. Seems like you won't get the vial til you visit him.

Here's what he says:

The chef, who looks very familiar, glances at you as you enter. "Well, fancy meeting you here. Turns out they needed a chef for the cafeteria here, and as I was out of a job, they hired me on!" He twirls his rolling pin. "Unfortunately, I ain't gotten any shipments of food yet, so I can't make anything. Just some mislabeled boxes." He sighs. "This job is boring."

The chef scratches his ear. "Say, I heard something about you surviving an attack by a pile of scarabs. Boy, adventuring sounds like a good time. But I've been too busy working to take a vacation. I sure would like a souvenir from one of those, you know, exotic locales." He shakes his head and swings his rolling pin around absently.

Off to the battle dome.

our tablet has 4 rows with 4 scrolls
the scroll has 4 rows with 5 scrolls
What if we needed to find the scroll rack which has our 16 symbols and the 4 remaining ones are the answer???

Edit: Had the coordinates in reverse.

I get nothing from the gift shop... perhaps you have to be out of the repository? *tests*

Edit: ah, i see, chef first, THEN vial.

If we have to hunt for a specific rack, I will be very upset!

Made up a screenie so people can see the new stairs. They go UP from Level one, so would bot be found from the basement, right?

Ok so I got the vial filled with smoke as requested (you need to equip the vial and use it when battling the spirit), then I took it back and she gave me....



a tee-shirt!?!?!

Is this what the plot comes to?

Edit: Now we're getting the runaround. Take the tee-shirt to the chef (I left the window open making it much easier) and he will give you a "useless crystal"
