Wow, something amazing just happened.... I had waited for about 15 minutes, so I tried refreshing the repository page... And at the top of the page, I saw this:

Something has happened!
ImageSome messy person has spilled 10 Neopoints on the floor on this page. You hastily pick them up!

:P

That actually works our right since there were people way overshooting that average (in the 60s wasn't unheard of), and the people that just decided to sit back and make everyone else do the carrying.

ahem, 73 digs thank you very much.

only 6 for me...i didn't have that much time :(

I got 13, I had to dig before and after school, then there's church and having friends over and my really fat skeith who didn't want to move, he's supposed to be smart(intelligence 113) you'd think he'd just eat the sand

I just got an idea, there is no place for the scrolls, what if this isn't the scroll repo? What if it's something else?

I guess the foreman's watch stopped. 15 minutes is sure taking a long time.

If anyone just started playing\mapping etc., I'd be interested to know if they get the screen to carry sand or are they out of that part of the plot completely.

Now it really seems like the sand is going to mean something. The people who where slow in getting started would have to be penalized somehow. Neo can't keep making everyone wait until everybody catches up. This sand thing may have been the first step in weeding out the slow pokes.

I think the sand prices may start to increase. Last I saw they were going for 375np a handful. Maybe I should start stockpiling just in case.

It starts in the desert but not in the plain,
But then? Not in sunshine, but found in the rain.
After that, just ask Coltzan, Amira knows not.
And end in the pyramid; not a temple or hut.
Put them together, your next task's in hand.
And perhaps a great city will return to this land.

anyone have any clue if the lenny conundrum has to do with the plot. maybe a door from the temple to the repository now. or another way in from a rainy spot in the desert???

too much for my poor brain but I don't remember this being mentioned in 4 or 5 splits I've been reading.

That wouldn't be fair but I think they should do something for us who did get sand, I mean give us an avatar or something, cuz people who started late aren't going to have to get sand and those who did deserve something

I'll bet it does mean something but to tell you what I think I'd have to give out what I think the answer is so we can't discuss that till the LC is over

wow, thats a riddle for you
even my head hurts after reading it once, and i am good a some riddles

Tue Sep 27, 2005 12:09 am

Sand prices are insane now... listing at 5k and probably skyrocketing. im almost tempted to sell mine. tho, if it keeps going up, ill ditch mine. even if i get screwed but 5k a pop for 73 piles of sand..that's some serious coin.

Tue Sep 27, 2005 12:12 am

I just did the wiz and saw the new prices. Now only a few are at 5000 then the next jump is 10000. I knew I should have bought up the 300-400 ones a few hours ago ** goes in closet to kick myself **

personal stats

Tue Sep 27, 2005 12:14 am

Well here we are waiting for the next clue.

For statistics sake, I got 23 digs with a Baby Kougra under 45 agility
no outstanding items gleaned.

Again thanks for the silent help, I've gotten this far because of you.
