If the number TNT is giving us is really correct and it was indeed a group thing, plus we can take that the average amount of sand dug by each person who participated in the digging was about 15 piles, then there were about 7000 people digging in total... that's not that much I think, seeing how many people are playing neopets...
That actually works our right since there were people way overshooting that average (in the 60s wasn't unheard of), and the people that just decided to sit back and make everyone else do the carrying.
ahem, 73 digs thank you very much.
only 6 for me...i didn't have that much time

I got 13, I had to dig before and after school, then there's church and having friends over and my really fat skeith who didn't want to move, he's supposed to be smart(intelligence 113) you'd think he'd just eat the sand

If anyone just started playing\mapping etc., I'd be interested to know if they get the screen to carry sand or are they out of that part of the plot completely.
Now it really seems like the sand is going to mean something. The people who where slow in getting started would have to be penalized somehow. Neo can't keep making everyone wait until everybody catches up. This sand thing may have been the first step in weeding out the slow pokes.
I think the sand prices may start to increase. Last I saw they were going for 375np a handful. Maybe I should start stockpiling just in case.
It starts in the desert but not in the plain,
But then? Not in sunshine, but found in the rain.
After that, just ask Coltzan, Amira knows not.
And end in the pyramid; not a temple or hut.
Put them together, your next task's in hand.
And perhaps a great city will return to this land.
anyone have any clue if the lenny conundrum has to do with the plot. maybe a door from the temple to the repository now. or another way in from a rainy spot in the desert???
too much for my poor brain but I don't remember this being mentioned in 4 or 5 splits I've been reading.
