You need to have a maractite weapon in your inventory. Once you have one, go to your TCG Checklist. There's a link under 'Card Editions' that says "Curse of Maraqua". Go there and then click #33 King Kelpbeard and you'll get the av. Click here to get to your "Curse of Maraqua" TCG list.

I was looking over how to unlock some avatars and I saw the EMO! avatar.

"EMO! - Avatar
Change your lookup to the gothic Usul. Do not change it."

How exactly do I do this? Thanks for the help.

That's wrong - what you have to do is change your shopkeeper to the Gothic Usul

Change the shopkeeper to the Usul and then visit the front of your Shop, I think that's how you should be able to get it.
