I'm in need of serious help. I know I'm supposed to have 9 rooms, 3 by 3 in my cave, but I seem to be lost. According to me, I have two separate sections of rooms that I can only get between when the monster chases me. Currently I'm stuck in one section that has three rooms. Both sections have a lighted room. One lighted room has all my items except the lamp. The one I'm currently stuck in has the lamp. I can't seem to get the lamp out with me. Please help! I know I'm missing something.

Some rooms will have hidden doorways, try looking for a little indent - that will be the doorway.
Some rooms will be a dead end - one way in, one way out. I had 2 dead ends.
Make a little map so you can tell which is a two door and which rooms are dead ends. It makes it easier.

Is the lap on the floor? Or are you carrying it?

Thank you so much guys! I figured it out - two of the rooms were dead ends, so when I tried to get out I ended up putting the lamp down. I finally found the third room had an exit I didn't see before.

New chapter's up. Sophie seems surprised about seeing Bruno. I went to Sophie's house to see if anything's different but she chased me into the cave again.

So if a person clears temporary files
Goes to quest inventory
Then goes to Haunted Woods
To each person in the order listed
What if they don't get the fifth message oO?

So have we got anything to do for this update? Or is it just another comic basically giving all the hints away as to what to do to those that don't go to sites such as PPT?

Ok, I have tried every possible combination I could think of multiple times - moving the food, moving the lamp, moving the chair, lit rooms, unlit rooms, every possible number of doorways - and I STILL can't get Bruno to hit his head on the chair.
What could I be missing? Was anyone able to ID Bruno with their chair in a position other than at the top of the screen? Or the mirror anywhere other than at the bottom? My 2 lit rooms have 4 exits and 1 exit respectively; should that make a difference?
After hours of fruitless clicking I'm just about ready to accept that I just wasn't meant to complete this plot.
What could I be missing? Was anyone able to ID Bruno with their chair in a position other than at the top of the screen? Or the mirror anywhere other than at the bottom? My 2 lit rooms have 4 exits and 1 exit respectively; should that make a difference?

clearing temporary files probably shouldn't do anything...
i don't think it would at least - all files concerning your progress on the plot shouldn't be stored locally...

Are you able to use the co-ordinates listed on the first post of this thread?
Co-ordinates are the exact spot each item needs to be. The items must be in a lighted room. The food can go in any corner (no exact co-ords needed).

It strikes me that we had to go to the deserted fairgrounds and talk to people before certain things happenned in the first step. I'm going to poke around the Haunted Woods and fairground for a bit just in case.
