You need an lutari feather necklace to go see her. Look up the the description for a lutari necklace and it says something about taking it to a certain person and it will be helpful. Then in the picture that is what she has. So maybe you need the necklace and then the paintbrush and then she will paint your pet.

LOL, I had more of thought the way the water looked on the Green Lutari was just to show the effect, however much it sorta looks like jelly.

I never liked the idea of Neopoints being coins -- I couldn't imagine carrying around 100,000 of those things all day long...

I still dont get why it isnt just called "Marti Gras Island" or something of the sort.
According to this background... it's inhabited by more than just lutaris.
And the Lutari Island Paint Brush has nothing to do with Lutaris.. just makes neopets have cool paint and feathers.
Unlike Krawk Island, Roo Island, and kiko lake, it doesnt have a reason to be named after lutaris.... unless its in the shape of a lutari or something and we just havented noticed yet.
