I did everything except moving blocks (was away during that time) and the two fakes. I received 164,300 points.

are people buying a lot of the books or are they just sitting there (in the TP)?
would it be better in the long run to get a wedding ring or some books? is the wedding ring better or worse then RSB? would the books become HTS later as the supply diminishes?

Everything from plots increases in value. Buying any old thing and hanging on to it is a wise financial decision - generally, the more rare the item is to begin with, the higher it increases in terms of percentage of profits.

I don't think the wedding ring is getting the credit it deserves. I mean, it averages 10 icons and it does 3 different types. That's pretty awesome. It's definitely worth at least 800k if not more. Even the RotL only does about 9.5 icons of damage.

Well let's see...the darkest faerie plot was originally pencilled in to begin after the released of the Darkest Faerie Game, which should have occured 21,329,485 seconds ago...(roughly)...so...in a month or two

My Snarkie book has been sitting there unbid on since I put it up. I don't have a specific NP amount in the wishlist either.

I think I'll get the RWR after all, I'm not a battledomer and its damage sounds good to me. And then I'll get some plushies. I didn't do it for the money... well, a bit was for the money, but I just did it for fun.

Hey, guys, I was just bothering the Shop Wizard, and noticed that, of the 1000 point prizes, Keyrings--any symbol--are selling for the most NP. Has anyone else noticed this?
And on the subject of getting less points than someone else who did the same steps--I, yes I, have inside information.

Ahem. I was one of many who did everything except make two mistak--I mean, everything except the two Qasalan fakes, and got less than 179k. I submitted a bug report but I also messaged Dirtside, aka Mr. Insane, about it. He appears to have totally forgiven me for not believing in him*, and told me my points were, in fact, correct. Obviously there's more going on with the points than how many steps you completed. I mean, if that were all, there would only be, what, 32 different points levels? They must've counted things like figuring out the toenails, etc.
I know quite a few folks had already figured this out, but I thought I'd post it anyway since I had yet to see it spelled out. Now I'm just really hoping book prices come down. I don't have enough points to buy all of them--and I have a reading pet with his heart set on the Book Award. Anybody out there with a book they'd cut a deal on for a fellow LDP soldier?
Oh, before I forget, congrats to Cranberry and Dolphinling.

I'm not too terribly excited about a Darkest Faerie plot, because it would likely be an extension of the video game, but a Haunted Woods plot would be AWESOME. There is just so much they could do with that... It would be both completely unpredictable and might even have a nice storyline.

Oh yeah, while I remember, way back ages ago I posted that there was a bug in the plot which you could exploit massively but refused to say what it was. I told Dirtside about it during the plot and it got fixed pretty darn fast, but I forgot to post it until now.
Using the Nuria Statue Weapons in a different language for some reason made them attack as the Ultra Attack Chive Of Death does. Meaning you could switch to a different language, use them against any opponent and deal 160 icons to them. People used this on I-Balthazar to get the trophy (I think they were dealt to) and it was fairly common knowledge on the Neoboards (or at least the BD boards because every half hour there'd be a "OMG! A 12 strength pet beat Majal_Kita's score!!" board posted)

Huh. Interestingly, in the Editorial, whomever writes the editorial says that no points were actually awarded for completing the false prophesy, it was just something fun that was included on the trophy list.
Interesting, but it doesn't seem to match up... at least, it doesn't sound like there was anyone who got 179,800 who DID do the false prophesy, as you'd expect if there were really no points awarded for it.

Argh. I was hoping they'd allude to doing something with our useless weapons. At this point I don't care if they remain useless artifacts, I just want it gone if it's not going to be restored.
