Okay, so I just finished quest #31, and she asked for a r.92 (Plushie Kougra Plushie). Will the rarities keep going up until I hit #35, where it'll be r.99? Because I have 4 quests left, and if I get something like that on the three before the final one, I'll be up to having spent 400k already to get to the Honey Potion. So I'm tempted to just give up and flat out buy one. Thanks!

Yes. Once you hit 34 I think, she only asks for r99's.
Honey potions are going for around 600K right now, my advice is to keep doing her quests until it costs you more than that.

As far as I know, it's pretty random until level #35.

it's random within a range. Quest 34 is always an R98 or R99, and quests 35 and above are R99 only. There's no actual limit to how many quests you can actually do, afaik, but no more prizes after Quest 47.

So both quest 34 and 35 are going to be r.98 and above ay? Is it still possible to ask for help on General Chat for quests #34 and #35? Or will the mods move your topic here? (which would really stink, since there's not enough traffic in Neopets Help for me to get the kind of help I'd like...)
