Password request?

Does anyone know if they password request thingy is still shut down after the big glitch? My roommate has forgotten his password and says that it's not working for him, so I told him I'd ask about it.

What big glitch do you speak of? If its really really recent,I dont know. But I requested my password about a day and a half ago and it worked.

I just requested mine and got it right away. so it's back up and running.

Could also be that your roomie's entering the wrong email address.

It works fine for me, are you sure he/she entered the correct username and/or email address? This may cause the problem.
