Does anyone know how one obtains a NT white weewoo plushie?

I have seen several of these plushies all of a sudden and one person says in her shop that it is a prize.

Does anyone know where these wonderful plushies are coming from?

In other words, do you have to submit an article to the Neopian Times?

Do you have to have an article accepted by the Neopian Times?

Do you have to read a certain part of the Neopian Times (like a random event)?

Or is it a completely random event where your pet trips over it while going to visit Terror Mountain?

Anyone able to help?

I already wrote her an email so I am hoping for a reply.

EDIT: I got an answer from her--she was so very nice. They were given to those users who had published in this edition of the NT and will not be given out again. And, because of that, I scurried onto the TP and got one relatively cheap (500K less than everyone else)--hurray!
