Lutari Talsiman?

I found a bead on the floor today and I'm contemplating on whether to sell it or to use it.

I don't get how the talisman works or the whole bead thing. And what happens if you partially/fully complete the talisman? Like not just theories but actually proven things. Like I heard that it increases REs but has that been proven? Cause I already have premium..

Is it worth it to get all the beads or should I just sell this one?
