restock guides?

Does anyone know of any good restock guides? I know the basics of it; I'm just not sure what to look for or where to look. If anyone could recommend a petpage or an article that list what shops to refresh at and what the good deals are, I'd really appreciate it. Or, you could just tell me what works for you.
