Logging In problems

Hi, for the past few weeks me and my brother have been unable to log in to our accounts no matter which pc we use, all our log in information is correct and we have even tried get our passwords emailed to us to double check. we've emailed neopets but no response wondering if any of you guys knew what to do?

What do you mean by you can't log in? Are you able to get to the login page? Or when you type in your pass, it says that it is wrong.

I'm no expert in this, just think that more info on the situation is needed...
