Spooky Petpets/Brain Tree

The Brain Tree gives out r120 items including Baby Fireball, Bearog, Lil Frankie, Mummy Baby and Walking Carpet petpets. Do these petpets also restock in the Spooky petpet shop or is the Brain Tree the only place to get them (other than user shops and the like)?

Shops only restock items up to rarity 100. Anything over 101 is unobtainable through a shop so you can only get it from the Brain Tree. The rarity range 110-130 is the range that contains prizes from the Ice Caves Scratchcards (the artifacts), Brain Tree prizes, and Jhudora (although includes a few omelettes.)
