Pet Spotlight Quick Question

For the text you submit for the pet spotlight it says that the story must be formatted. Do I have to use html formatting, ie <p>'s and <br>'s, or does it simply mean as you would write it in MS Word with seperated paragraphs etc?

I haven't entered this before so I'm a wee bit confused

TNT usually asks for <P>s but they are not required.

Mmkay, I shall add <p>s and <br>s then, I was just worried it would be printed out with my html visible inside their html if you know what I mean, heh.
