Question about CSS for userlookup

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't quite decide where to put this. Anyhow, I know this should be really obvious, but where would you put the coding to make all of your text bold in your lookup? And is the code <b></b>?

Anyway, that's not really CSS, that's HTML.
