Neoquest II Help

If this has already been answered please point me to the right thread for the answer. Anyway, I am in the Lost Desert right now and I finished the palace of the ancient kings and then went to Zakharukh's pyramid however I can't get in, the fence goes all the way to both ends and then rocks block both sides. Did I miss something that I need to do? I did try talking to the hermit but he said to come back when I had something that interested him, so I think I might have missed something along the way.

Edit: I just read through the sticky at the top also and nothing in there helped me, but I made a mistake above I am stuck at Akhten-Ka - sorry about that.

Edit Again: Nevermind, this can be closed, I hadn't talked to the Librarian in town and then had to return to the Hermit.
