I read the 15 minute PoA about two weeks ago...made me laugh more than I have in a long time. The fact that it picks up on so many of the details of the movie and so many of the idiosyncrasies of we crazy HP fans is what makes it so great.

Chass started it when she put it in her sig, now everybody's doing it and it's looking kind of lame.

I wouldn't have found it at all if Yukio hadn't found it first and randomly IMed it to me.
And yes, now you have to join the community to read them, but you don't have to write anything (or do anything at all) to be in the community. Cleo writes all of the 15 minute movies herself.
